Was walking like a penguin yesterday at home. And my dad was enjoying his evening laughing at my walking. Hah~
Thank goodness its over! yay!
The weather was really bad for running. So hot and bright. Thought i was going to get cooked the moment we started.
After going through the 5 stations, my legs were wobbly weak. And running that 2.4k was a total torture.
I literally screamed when finishing the last 5metres. Think of it this way, its like your thighs are being stabbed by knifes, that kind of pain and yet you are pushing on to sprint.

But i don't think i would have made it if not for evil clan's cheers and especially Mr Ho who was jeering and running with yvonne and me during the last lap.

Yup, cyn, you're right...with the "stress" from others, i actually ran much faster than usual. At the expense of my poor legs. Haha.

I got more than a mere pass i aimed for. Its good but its also by chance/luck. The instructors overstated the passing minimum. Not that its bad, it actually made me push more just to get that "passing grade".
